Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Financial Controller to be based in Cairo.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Support in development budgets and financial plans for the company.
• Consistently analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Continuously review and enhance financial systems, processes, and guidelines to optimise efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement robust financial control procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of work experience in finance and business controlling roles, preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
• At least 5+ years in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficient in financial software and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
