Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
Identify and target new export markets.
Research and analyze foreign markets to understand customer needs and preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and customers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients.
Manage export documentation and compliance requirements.
Provide support to international sales teams and customers.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in export sales management.
Proven track record of success in international markets.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
