Job Description

This is a full-time Senior Sales Account Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt.

As a Senior Sales Account Manager at INFORT Egypt, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving sales quotas
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of INFORT’s solutions and services
  • Accountable for forecasting, tracking, and reporting on sales metrics.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the IT sector
  • A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing customer accounts
  • A solid understanding of the ICT industry, including cyber security solutions, data center and cloud systems infrastructure, networking infrastructure, and the Internet-of-Things
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in sales forecasting and tracking metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
