Responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and executing marketing strategies to promote EGIC products effectively.
Job description :
- Monitor and analyze market prices for EGIC products compared to competitors by gathering and assessing relevant competitor data and provide comprehensive reports to the Marketing Section Head.
- Implement the plumbers’ loyalty program, including the establishment of loyalty points and the design of program elements based on relevant market research and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research in coordination with the sales department to determine the estimated forecast and ROI of the new products and deliver results to R&D.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to ensure alignment on technical specifications of EGIC products and effectively integrate these into marketing activities and materials.
- Collaborate with the call center department to execute market research over the phone to measure the customers’ satisfaction, level of awareness, and to announce EGIC’s promotional messages.
- Support the development of website content, mobile applications, and other marketing initiatives to enhance EGIC’s digital presence and engagement.
- Deliver training to the Customer Service department on product knowledge and brand messaging to ensure effective and accurate representation of EGIC products and services.
- Create, proofread, and edit both creative and technical content across various mediums, ensuring consistency with EGIC’s branding and messaging guidelines.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events, catalogs, 2D/3D videos, video production, giveaways, stands, posters, presentations, carton boxes and other marketing materials.
- Track and analyze the ROI of new products and monitor sales performance, providing actionable recommendations for corrective actions or adjustments as needed.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in market research, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis preferred. Skills and Abilities:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
