HR Generalist

  • Handle the recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing for white and blue collar.
  • Using variable recruitment channels.
  • Orienting new employees to the organization. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR matters such as conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and forecasting to meet production needs.
  • Updated employee's data base system.
  • Creating the filing system, coding system and update employee’s records (hard and soft copies). 
  • Following up employees leaves and vacations balance.
  • Follow up with employees' probation period, contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure the accurate employees personnel transaction process (absence - delay – business missions – holidays - overtime ...etc.) 
  • Responsible for attendance and assist in payroll activities (overtime, deductions, bonuses, Attendance, fingerprint, annual and sick leaves, and exceptions).
  • Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, employee’s vacations.
  • Engaging all employees under the Social Insurance system, following up registration and termination forms for employees and anything related to social insurance and Labor law. 
  • Create employees’ letters upon their requests (banks, employment letters and HR letters).
  • Manage medical insurance activities (Approvals, additional, changes, and cancelations).

     

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience from in HR roles, with generalist experience preferred.Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Experience with recruitment platforms (Hiring white & blue collar).
