Human Resources and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our 'People Operations' department, handling key administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.

As the HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that ensure the smooth execution of HR functions. You will work closely with the HR section Head to assist in recruitment processes, performance management, employee engagement, and more. Your role is vital to helping the HR department run efficiently, supporting the overall employee experience, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

These are your responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  2. Support the onboarding process by preparing employment paperwork and assisting with orientation activities.
  3. Coordinate and assist in performance reviews and goal-setting processes by organizing meetings, sending reminders, and compiling performance feedback.
  4. Assist in the preparation, distribution, and engagement initiatives.
  5. Provide administrative support for office purchasing, office Maintenance and outdoor governmental affairs.
  6. Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed, and assist with the logistics.
  7. Ensure compliance with HR policies and help implement new procedures in coordination with the HR section Head.
  8. Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR dept., helping with various HR-related tasks and projects.

  • Provide efficient and organized support to the People Operations team in all administrative areas.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in recruitment and performance management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Ensure all HR and Admin tasks are carried out in a timely manner to support smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on best practices in HR to help continuously improve our internal processes.

This is what we require from you:Relevant educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent telephonic skills.Interest in HR and People Operations with a desire to learn and grow in the field.This is a plus about you:Experience in recruitment or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirementsWorking Conditions:Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, (Friday and Saturday off).Package includes attractive salary, social insurance, medical allowance, KPI’s, etc.
