Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager at NH Real Estate in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Proven ability to manage and motivate sales agents and team leaders
- Strong sales planning and strategy development
- Excellent relationship-building with clients, developers, and investors
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and drive smart decisions
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Solid understanding of property valuations and financial guidance
- Ability to manage multiple real estate projects effectively
- Exceptional communication and networking skills
- Proficiency with real estate management tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
