This role would be responsible for the following activities: learning and development (L&D), engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR), helping to develop the people’s competencies and morale, and helping the company achieving its strategic ambitions.
- Carries out full L&D cycle including: training needs assessment, planning, communication & promotion, post training evaluation from trainees and managers, coordination with the relevant internal and external parties, L&D analytics and ROI.
- Initiate and implement engagement calendar activities in coordination with the relevant internal and external parties, with the aim of fostering positive culture, empathy and team work.
- Develops company academy including standard programs for different roles and functions.
- Develop, enhance and conducts new employee orientation program.
- Delivers relevant trainings and develop the needed content.
- Develops and supports a network of internal trainers.
- Collaborate with the relevant internal and external parties to conduct internal events.
- Collaborate with the relevant internal and external parties to digitize the mentioned scope and develop company standard e-learnings.
- Develop and lead cross functional focal points to help spread, sustain and coordinate the mentioned activities.
- Acts as the focal point for the relevant internal and external audits when it comes to training.
Collaborate with EDECS foundation for employee participating CSR activities
Minimum requirements: 2-4 yrs of L&D experience Excellent English and Arabic language skillsRelevant education degrees and certifications is a plus
