CFO's Admin Assistant

•Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring timely follow-ups, meeting deadlines, and coordinating travel arrangements.
•Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations and documents. •Maintain organized filing systems for financial records
•Assist in the coordination of financial projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved
•Compile and summarize financial data for reports or presentations and conduct basic financial research if needed.


•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. •2–4 years of experience supporting C-level executives ideally in finance or accounting. •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. •Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting processes. •Fluent in English is a must.
