* Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements, codes, and regulations.
* Prepare and draft detailed invoices for clients and subcontractors based on project progress, contractual terms, and agreed billing schedules.
* Review and verify invoice details, including quantities, unit prices, and any applicable discounts or deductions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and finance departments to obtain necessary information and approvals for timely submission and processing of invoices.
* Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to determine the required materials, labor, and equipment for project execution.
* Regularly update and maintain comprehensive quantity survey reports, incorporating changes and variations throughout the project life-cycle.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree of Architecture Engineering - 4 -7 years of proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer in Roads projects - Expert in Technical Drawing Analysis and Invoice Preparation and Management Proven Experience in expansion joint system
