- Preparing Furniture production shop drawings, cutting sheets & List
- Preparing Furniture Layouts, presentations, and 3d renderings according to client's need
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architecture and interior design drawings and renderings
- Prepare the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Study and reply to requests for information for all missing, unclear conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinating with all departments & other trades consultants.
- Customer modifications & Receive adjustment items
- Receiving units before delivery of the client
- Quantity surveying.
- Costing & cost analysis.
- Cutting lists, bill of material
Well-organized and detail-oriented.Experience: 2 years ( Must be in office furniture specialized in metal and wood furniture )Excellent on AutoCAD, 3D max, MS Office, Solid Work or Autodesk Fusion English fluency is preferredEngineering · Applied Arts · FurnitureExcellent on Design ·Interior Design · Creative ·Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
