- Supervise and motivate production staff.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.

- Quality Control:

- Resolve production issues and enforce corrective measures.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Mission : 1. Build , Recruit, Onboard, Train A New Team For the Function ( Recruit over 10 New Team Members) 2. Put PFR( Policies , Process , Procedures ) To Run all Functions and Teams In Certification & Assurance ( Forms ) Put in Order and Control the Circulation of All Forms ( Report ) Circulate and Issue Weekly, Daily, Monthly Quarterly Reports For The Different Department And Management 3. Make A Stronger Culture That Can Foster Quality and Control on the Final Product. 4. Hit Our Yearly ( Quality , Volume, Quality , Recruitment ) Objectives 5. Work On Getting At Least 3 New Certification. 6. Run all QA Operations on an Online Module System to have automation and continuity
