Your Role

As a Sales Acquisition Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients in the HoReCa industry, expanding our customer base, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the restaurant, café, and hotel sectors.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers, generate leads, and establish initial contact to present Horeca Smart’s product offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products to prospective clients, tailoring your pitch to meet their specific needs and challenges.
  • Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact through to closing the deal and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions that meet both the client’s needs and Horeca Smart’s business objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to help refine our acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients into regular customers.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Acquisition Representative who can independently drive new business while collaborating effectively with internal teams. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition, preferably within the FMCG or HoReCa sectors.A strong understanding of the sales process with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting acquisition targets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to build relationships and persuade potential clients.Proven ability to negotiate and finalize contracts that meet the needs of both the client and the company.Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently to meet acquisition goals.Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
