Duty Manager

  • Oversee and audit the works of the Cleaning contractor to ensure that standards are maintained, schedules are achieved, consumables are controlled, and the Centre is always presented to the highest standards.
  • In conjunction with FM, the department conducts periodic inspections of all Tenancies in accordance with APMC policies.
  • Coordinate with Ops Manager on tenant complaints and follow-up. 
  •  Assist in Coordination with the Security Supervisors to ensure the Centre is protected and the car park is controlled to minimize traffic congestion.
  • Complete a daily report of all operational issues and provide a summary on a daily basis to the Ops manager. 
  •  Review and supervise the Pest Control contract to assure that the site is free from pests. 
  • Review the Landscape service contract and ensure that the plants look good at all times. 
  • Ensure that all Fire and Health & safety issues are managed, including store inspections, reports, and information to tenants and required training for staff and tenants
  • Coordinate activities related to building operations including the Supervision of all the contracts Cleaning and Landscaping, security, marble, granite pest control Contracts to ensure the quality of service and that the Centre is always presented to the highest standards Ensure on-time reporting & service auditing.
  • Support Marketing and Customer Services in facilitating events and promotions.

Bachelor's Degree in any field.3 to 5 years of experience as a duty manager in the Retail/Malls industry is a must.Excellent communication, Public relations, and leadership skills.
