Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate and SME clients through various prospecting activities, including database searches, directory exploration, and direct outreach.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of AXA’s products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and utilizing sales forecasting tools.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Stay up to date on industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide Medical and Life insurance products to corporates, Small and Medium Enterprises.
- Lead the cross-selling and upselling processes to increase the profit margins.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies in order to stay ahead of the competition.
- Achieve the assigned semi-annual and annual targets through establishing contacts and developing relationships with Corporates.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences or events.
- Comply strictly with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to prevent adverse incidents
- Provide Medical and Life insurance products to corporates, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Qualifications - Education / Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience in any relevant field.
Soft Skills & Behavioural Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of MS office

- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
