About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping Red Bull Egypt's workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and recruit top-tier talent that aligns with our company's dynamic and innovative culture. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to implement recruitment best practices and introduce new tools and resources tailored to our local market. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. By leading Talent Acquisition programs and managing relationships with agencies and vendors, you will help us maintain our competitive edge in the market. Your contribution will be essential in supporting the growth and success of Red Bull Egypt by attracting and retaining high-performing talent.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
END TO END RECRUITMENT
Manage full life cycle recruitment efforts (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across Red Bull Egypt. Advise hiring managers on TA best practices. Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring frequent communication touchpoints with candidates and internal stakeholders. Review, assess, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles. Own the candidate experience from start to finish. Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics. Ensure functional expertise within TA, cultivating pipelines both internally and externally and leveraging insights and talent trends.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIPS
Work with Managers and HR team to identify opportunities for future talent needs. Support managers to make the right hiring decisions. Partner closely with the global talent team and stay abreast of new internal tools and processes. Be the main point of contact for relationships with external recruitment firms and any other external TA partnerships. Ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers throughout the recruitment process (ensuring on-time information for all key stakeholders).
PROCESS, TOOLS, AND PROGRAMS
Support change management efforts on new TA processes and programs. Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions. Educate hiring managers on new internal tools. Provide business, system and TA process training as needed. Responsible for leading TA projects including graduate and internship programs (where relevant) Ensure all local and global legal requirements are met regarding TA (including data privacy) Champion Red Bull Wingfinder as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or media industries.
- Significant direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across all levels both internally and externally.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives across teams, including change management.
- Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources.
- A people person who is passionate & dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
- Experience using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Hirevue, etc.) and SAP HR are an advantage.
