Duty Manager

Job Description:


  • Evaluate, monitor, and assess third parties/vendors' services to ensure that standards as per SLAs are met, schedules are intact, and the shopping center of responsibility meets agreed-upon standards.
  • In conjunction with the Facility Management department conducts periodic inspections of all tenancies in accordance with the Shopping Centers' policies.
  • Generate and maintain an up-to-date daily report of all operational issues and summarize unresolved matters and high priorities to the Operations Manager.
  • Communicate tenant complaints to the Operations Manager and follow up to resolve raised issues.
  • Support the security department to ensure the shopping center and the car park traffic is managed in a manner that doesn't conflict with clients' shopping experiences.
  • In collaboration with the HSE Team, ensure that all safety standards are met, including store inspections, and that required HSE training for staff and tenants is in place.
  • Support Marketing and Customer Services in facilitating events and promotions.
  • Supervise all events and seasonal celebrations held at the mall.
  • Addressing shops with the violations required to be removed and follow up till raised violations are resolved.



Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Duty Manager in the Retail industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
