Job Summery:

Our Digital team is looking for business analyst who is responsible for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the requirements gathering related to RFP management, and squad formation, Facilitating the formation of cross-functional squads, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers, to execute projects and initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• works on projects with business owners to write the needed business requirements and process detailed documents for software or system implementations projects.
• Recommending strategies for improving processes and increasing productivity through automation or other means
• Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions to meet business owners need.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies that could improve efficiency or productivity.
• Conducting research to identify industry trends that may affect business operations.
• Conducting surveys to gather data on customers’ preferences, needs, and buying habits.
• Participating in strategic planning sessions to develop long-term plans for the organization.
• Analyzing data to assess organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Establishing benchmarks for success by developing measurement criteria for improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, accounting, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of various business processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in working with data analysis, business intelligence, or project management software.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
