Marketing Coordinator

  • Develop and execute marketing Strategies & Plans to achieve business objectives. 
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to optimize marketing efforts, especially in events planning. 
  • Has good understanding and experience in employer and employee branding. 
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, and social media ‘LinkedIn’ and similar platforms. 
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other partners involved in marketing efforts. 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to senior management. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. 


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field 
  • Several years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. 
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends. 
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels, such, social media, and traditional advertising / PR channels.
