- Handling ACID Requirements
- Completing logistics & customs import/export administrative tasks and organizing warehouse.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Direct distribution operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
- Monitor product import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate truck deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient and timely transport operations.
- Monitor stock intake to provide an accurate stock picture to our operations teams.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer issues.
- Supporting the team in the prevention and further reduction of delivery complaints
- Negotiate transportation rates or services.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Handling all the customer complaints related to the logistics department (Delayed orders - Returns requests)
