- Execute maintenance plans, procedures, and methods.
- Diagnose breakdown problems.
- Read schematics well and perform electrical troubleshooting on all mechanical equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance visits and respond to equipment faults.
- Complete timely repairs on all commercial and industrial kitchen equipment.
- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.
- Carry out inspections and regular service visits for restaurant equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers, and buffet line equipment.
- Provide service support for refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to compressors, evaporators, and refrigerant leaks.
- Maintain an adequate supply of materials needed to ensure machine-efficient performance.
- Keep machinery operating in a safe, efficient manner, acceptable with all health codes.
- Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Work with technical equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines.
- Coordinate technicians’ daily plans and visit reports.
- Hold & update reference sheets & documents that are relevant to the assigned tasks or projects.
- Provide daily report clarifying executed tasks progress.
- Provide induction presentations for the clients on the supplied equipment
