Site Structure Engineer is needed for a Leading Construction Company located in 5th Settlement.

Project Type: High Rise Towers.

Project Location: New Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Job Description:

- Serve as the main technical advisor on construction sites, guiding subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, supervisors, and surveyors to ensure project alignment.

- Perform site setup, leveling, and surveying while verifying the accuracy of plans, drawings, and quantities.

- Provide technical advice and resolve emerging issues or deficiencies.

- Ensure all materials and work adhere to specifications.

- Oversee material requisition and plant selection.

- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by-laws.

- Manage daily site operations, supervising the labor force and monitoring subcontractor performance.

- Organize and plan site facilities to meet deadlines.

- Oversee quality control and health and safety on-site.

- Prepare required reports and resolve any unexpected technical issues.

- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding payment issues.

- Monitor, review, and coordinate the production of shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with schedules.

- Ensure shop drawings are stamped and distributed, maintaining proper documentation and version control.

- Coordinate architectural, structural, and electro-mechanical shop drawings.

- Ensure the preparation, review, and approval of as-built drawings before project closeout.

Requirements:

- BS/MA in Civil Engineering - Major Civil or Concrete Structure.

- Min 6 years of experiences in construction.

- PMP certification is a plus.

- Experience in high-rise buildings.

- Excellent knowledge of relevant building codes and health and safety legislation.

- Proven experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of work.

- Good interpersonal skills & a team player.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Having a profound knowledge in AutoCAD and other design software are a plus.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
