- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project,
- Ensure main contract and building specification are implemented and executed to meet highest standard of quality.
- Oversees performance of all sub-contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Develop proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Supervises construction manager, reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget allocated.
- Reports to superior, owners and consultant about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure to secure all supplies and materials needed for the project site.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies best practices and enforces project standards that minimize exposure and risk on project.
- Prepares engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
BSc in Civil EngineeringNot less than 15 to 20 years of proven experience in Construction field.
