Job Overview:
Mindzer Systems is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to optimize their financial processes through the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You will lead functional activities, from gathering requirements to conducting gap analysis, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics AX/D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Landed Cost.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions to optimize their financial operations.
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics AX/D365 Finance modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, gap documentation, and pre-design documentation tailored to client needs.
- Provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including go-live support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the project aligns with client expectations and best practices.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance Consultant.Deep understanding of financial processes and modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and Landed Cost.Experience in leading multiple Dynamics AX/D365 Finance implementation projects.Ability to write detailed functional specifications, gap documentation, and training materials.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills:Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Experience in Projects Accounting is a plus.Ability to work both remotely and onsite as required.
