- You can travel within Egypt for the purpose of work and field work as well.
- Maintain updated and accurate training records for all employees, to track the development stage of each employee.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of training suppliers including courses offered, proposals and our rating if we have attended any training course with them.
- Make all necessary administrative arrangements to run internal training courses.
- Implement the monthly training plan for all company departments, track and create reports on the results of all training.
- Design and develop training programs, and select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulation, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
- Conduct an organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Use known teaching principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Collect and evaluate information from employees and management regarding previous training to identify weaknesses and areas in need of additional training
