Job Responsibilities:
- Completing a wide range of administrative tasks including managing the Manager calendar , email, preparing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging travel plans, compiling documents for meetings, etc.
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the Manager schedule is followed and respected.
- Managing non-accounting Finance Department and corporate filing
- Responsible for issuing all Letter of Guarantees of all projects & following the banks
- Coordinating board and board committee meetings including the preparation of agendas, meeting packages, and taking minutes; oversees meeting logistics
- Coordinating with the other top management and performing other duties as may be requested by the Manager .
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally.
- Delegating tasks employees.
- Acting as a key liaison point between the GM and other key parties
