- In charge of monthly payroll scheme for 2000 employees.
- Collecting and verifying employee timekeeping data and maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Ensuring payroll calculation compliance with policies, procedures, and governmental laws (tax law, social insurance law).
- Preparing and calculating the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Updating insurance wages on the HR system on time.
- Preparing HR letters to open a bank account for new employees.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Manage the process of employee medical approvals and claims according to the policies and procedures.
- Managing the process of medical insurance subscriptions for the new employees.
- Finds proposals and offers for other benefits in line with the vision of HR to achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously respond to employee inquiries and proposals related to the medical provider, investigate complaints, and develop action plans to follow up till resolving cases.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field.Good command of English.Excellent level with Microsoft Office suite.Hands-on experience in payroll processes and procedures.Full knowledge of pay tax law and social & medical insurance law.Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters.
