Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant Acquisition and Account Management Team Leader at MyFatoorah Egypt in Cairo. The team leader will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, managing client accounts, and leading a team to drive business growth. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with merchants, and overseeing the account management process.

Qualifications

  • Merchant Acquisition, Account Management, and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online payment solutions and financial technology
  • Ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and create sales strategies
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the financial or e-commerce industry is a plus
