1- Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plans and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
2- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
3- Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
4- Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
5- Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
6- Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
7- Civil and Finishing work checking in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling and light fittings.
8- Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
9- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
10-Inspect and check the work on sites on daily basis.
11-Coordinate with site Engineers and consultant the daily inspection process
12- Follow up the non- conformance reports and provide corrective & preventive actions.
13- Check on daily basis the materials delivered to site are according to submittals and project specs
14- Prepare & follow up snagging list for the finished buildings and zones to be ready for clients handing over
15- Audit and check with document controllers the various logs (IR-MIR-SWI-NCR …)
16- Review and audit the test results of the labs (concrete tests- soil tests – several materials )
17- Follow up & supervise the works of QC engineers and supervisors
-Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.-3 to 5 years of experience in the same field at least one year as QC civil engineer or consultant civil engineer.-construction background with excellent knowledge in testing materialStudying all the project documents like (BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives).
