Mechanical and Electrical Technical Office Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Technical Office Manager with 7-10 years of experience to join our team at our Head Office in Cairo.

Job Descrebtion :

  • Oversee and manage the technical office operations, including documentation, design reviews, and coordination with various departments.
  • Ensure all technical documents and drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of technical documents.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and measures to ensure competitive and accurate project estimates.
  • Develop and enforce attendance policies that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of technical proposals for tenders, including reviewing tender documents, estimating project requirements, and preparing technical specifications.
  • Analyze and validate pricing data, and ensure all tender submissions are comprehensive and competitive.
  • Manage the review and approval of shop drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and comply with applicable codes and standards.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of power systems, low-current systems, and other electrical and mechanical components as required for the projects.
  • Ensure all technical submittals and shop drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
  • Monitor and manage the technical aspects of project execution, including adherence to project schedules and budgets. Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the construction field with a strong background in technical office management, pricing measures, and tender engineering.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Microsoft Office
  • High teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams, handling shop drawings, and overseeing power systems and low-current systems. Benefts:
