Raya Restaurants; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring Specialist (Learning & Development).

What will you do?

• Conduct an organization-level learning needs analysis and continuously assess development initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of the program, alignment with the RR strategic vision, and the incorporation of ongoing updates.
• Identify employee training needs analysis through efficiency gap analysis and reports preparation of the annual operational training plan for restaurants.
• Prepare training plans for employees according to job requirements and learning analysis.
• Deliver training programs relevant to the operations needs to ensure brand standards are implemented on the ground.
• Conduct post training assessments to continuously improve the quality of training and ensuring its optimum impact on operational performance.
• Maintain updates to the training materials, implement the recommended improvements, and supervise the implementation of the training courses.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other learning and development materials.
• Develop methods for controlling training and performance results.
• Act as the onboarding champion for all new hires by supervising the end-to-end onboarding process across Raya Restaurants.
