We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical team responsible for the implementation and support of the VPSie Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kubernetes, Networks, VMware and Nutanix technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing technical teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical team.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to VPSie platform.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in virtualization, backup, and storage solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Client Support:
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Network, VMware and Nutanix platforms.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven experience in managing technical teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management:
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to handle client escalations effectively.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on VMware and Nutanix technologies.
