  • Work with product development, customer service, and operations teams to ensure sales strategies align with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Over 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in manufacturing industry or lighting industry Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Manage multiple priorities.Capacity to develop long-term sales strategies that align with business goals.Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.Proactive approach with the willingness to travel when necessary.
