Setting plans and goals and drawing marketing policies that achieve the strategic objectives of the company, in cooperation with senior management
• Establish a database on target markets and study competitors ’plans, market shares and product prices for their competitors.
• Geographic regions and distribution ratios in each region.
• Developing plans for promotion, advertising, and advertisements, offers in coordination with the senior management, in order to raise the market share.
• Conducting market studies that include providing detailed information on market needs, size and potential for growth and expansion, and potential markets
• This is in line with the available production capabilities, the required quality grades, the nature of financial transactions and the prevailing systems in operations.
• Participate in developing policies and strategies for preserving existing customers and working to develop their sales capabilities and market share.
• Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors.
• Classifying customers according to the weight of each customer, the size and nature of transactions, the quality and quality of products, and the development of plans and strategies.

• Coordination with the financial management in following up the collection works, rates of payment and debts for each customer.
• Full supervision of following up after sales service, permanent communication with customers, studying complaints and responding to them.
• Recommend recommendations and studies for commodities that suffer from marketing and selling problems that result in financial loss.
• Submit periodic reports detailing the achievements, marketing problems and failures of senior management.
