Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of projects, financial performance, and adherence to deadlines. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement long-term strategic goals that align with the company’s vision, including expansion plans, business development, and market positioning. - Project Oversight:
Supervise large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with budget, quality, and safety standards. - Operational Efficiency:
Optimize resources, manage operational costs, and ensure the highest standards of performance across all departments. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, with a focus on mitigating risks and maintaining company reputation. - Team Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of responsibility, accountability, and excellence.
Experience:Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, overseeing the establishment and management of construction companies.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the construction market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of local regulations, market dynamics, and industry standards.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. An MBA or a similar advanced degree is preferred.Skills:Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive both strategic and operational excellence.Age:Must be under 45 years old.Preferred Experience:Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local construction market and regulatory environment.
