Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve optimal company goals.
  • Area Oversight: Manage sales operations within the assigned geographic territory, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and sales follow up.
  • Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, implementing strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals , pharmacies, and key distributors .
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to identify opportunities and threats in the assigned area.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team activities adhere to our regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy or Veterinary).Orthopedic therapeutic area experience is a MUST.Previous management experience is required (Minimum 2 Years).Previous MNCs Experience is a plus.Skilled in evaluating sales performance and maintaining exceptional performance.Very good command of English.Residency: Cairo -Giza - Mansoura - Zakazik - Tanta - Alexandria - Assiut - SohagWork Location: In FieldFunctional Area: Sales DepartmentReporting to: Regional Line Sales Manager
