Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape within the engineering industry.
- Develop compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with engineering professionals and decision-makers.
- Create and maintain marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.
Content Marketing
- Develop and manage content marketing initiatives across various channels, including:
- Print media (brochures, catalogs, whitepapers, case studies)
- Digital media (website content, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing)
- Events (conferences, webinars, trade shows)
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic among engineering professionals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, informative content that addresses the specific needs and challenges of engineering firms.
Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Develop targeted lead generation strategies and tactics, such as:
- Public relations (media outreach, press releases)
- Networking (industry events, associations)
- Partnerships (strategic alliances with complementary businesses)
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support the sales process.
- Create sales enablement materials, such as presentations and product demos, tailored to the engineering industry.

Performance Measurement and Analysis
