Corporate Lawyer ( Section Head )

Dealing with commercial registration issues including issuance, renewal, amendment and documentation.

Representing the company in legal matters such as filing lawsuits, employment claims or defending against lawsuits filed by shareholders or other third parties.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various corporate agreements, contracts and legal documents.

Handling legal disputes, litigation and investigations with employees as necessary.

Assisting in mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions

Providing legal advice and support on the company’s legal matters.

Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.

Managing the documentation and archiving of all types of legal documents and contracts.


Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a master’s degree is a plus.8+ years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in the industrial sector.Licensed to practice law in EgyptIn-depth knowledge of Egyptian laws, regulations and legal framework.Experience in labor laws, insurances and labor offices.Strong leadership and decision-making skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writing and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlinesStrong critical thinking and research skills
