Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic sales professionals to join the sales team at IT Cores. The sales representatives will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and achieving specific sales targets. They will interact with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate technological solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the sales representatives will be required to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve defined goals.
- Create new sales opportunities by exploring the market, identifying potential customers, and expanding the customer base.
- Build and strengthen sustainable relationships with current customers and expand the customer base through new sales achievements.
- Analyze customer needs and provide suitable technological solutions and products to meet those needs.
- Track and monitor trends and developments in the technology market and provide strategic information to the team and management.
- Collaborate with technical support teams and other technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality service.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and analyses to management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, network devices, and security systems field.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.Ability to handle work pressure and achieve defined goals.Good technical knowledge in the field of hardware, network devices, and security systems.Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work within a team and achieve coordination with other members of the company.
