Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, present our software product, and generate sales or set up further meetings. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and present our software products.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up on warm leads.
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to research potential leads and contacts.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and address customer concerns during the call.
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team, where necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in the product.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
+2 years of Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in selling software products or technical services.Knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.Previous experience in a B2B environment.
