Strategic Projects Associate

We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Strategic Projects Associate. This position will involve assisting with internal projects and tasks, providing support in various growth initiatives, and collaborating closely with senior team members to gain insights and experience in the company's growth strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior team members to shadow and understand internal processes, meetings, and tasks, ensuring a clear understanding of the organization's growth strategies and fostering a sense of urgency in tasks.
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp to organize, monitor, and track progress on various projects and tasks within the growth function.
  • Schedule and facilitate hackathons, fostering creativity and innovation within the organization.
  • Document findings, compile reports, and create presentations summarizing research, growth strategies, and findings.
  • Collaborate on specific restructuring initiatives within the company, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
  • Conduct and organize research activities, analyze data, and contribute to business analysis projects.
  • Support on ad hoc tasks and activities that contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or management is a must.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the go, and demonstrate a sense of urgency in task execution.
