We are hiring, on behalf of our client, a people & culture lead for a digital marketing agency.

With a team of experts, it focuses on delivering measurable results and engaging audiences across various platforms.


Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Training and Development: Design and implement programs for employee training, career development, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits: Oversee salary structures, bonus programs, benefits packages, and ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with regulations.

Policy Development and Compliance: Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Employee Engagement and Retention: Create initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities.

Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement strategies for organizational growth, restructuring, and succession planning.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote diversity initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.

Legal and Ethical Compliance: Staying abreast of labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries and maintains ethical practices.


Requirements:

1-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

2-Experience in HR strategy development and implementation, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

3-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4-Ability to quickly resolve HR issues and make sound decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.


Working Conditions:

Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
