Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Education Technology, Instructional Design or a related field.
- Total experience: 7 to 18 years of experience is expected but not required (Quality of the experience is more important than the quantity)
- Relevant 3+ years as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Professional, Product Manager, Offering Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the education industry, including curriculum design, learning and development, digital content design and creation, and Education Technology.
- Previous experience working with government education institutions in the Gulf region is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex Educational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in the education sector.
- Proven track record of delivering successful pre-sales support and contributing to revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Technical proficiency in relevant education technologies, Artificial Intelligence, or similar solutions.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client requirements in the education field and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with product, services, and operations teams to create innovative offerings.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel, if required
