Summary
We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the product and its features in terms of design, usability, quality, development, testing, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Development team to meet objectives within the set turnaround time
- Manage and coach Product Development team members to achieve professional and technical growth
- Understand customer needs and competitors’ advantages and make recommendations for the management
- Break down features, themes, and logic into components small enough to be achieved in a single sprint
- Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every release or sprint and keep an eye on their progress for any required iteration
- Create and maintain the product backlog through prioritizing and sequencing its elements according to business need, value, or ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and top management to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle
- Participate in the daily updates meetings as well as sprint planning meetings
- Communicate product status, both internally and externally
- Ensure that implemented product features add value to end users and increase company returns
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 4+ years of experience in a related position
- Software development or business analysis background is a must
- Excellent command of English
