Internal Communication and Coordination:
- Act as the primary SPOC between the marketing team and the other teams.
- Facilitate clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Management:
- Act as the marketing lead and project manager for the marketing aspects of company-wide projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and monitor progress.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligning with company objectives.
- Working with team leads to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Creativity and Innovation:
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
- Encourage the development of new ideas and innovative marketing strategies.
- Implement creative solutions to enhance marketing campaigns and drive engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.Proven experience in managing internal communications and project coordination.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Events & PR experience is a plus.Strong creativity and innovation skills, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
