- Running all Recruitment Cycle.
- Using all proper sourcing channels to ensure getting the best fit to the position: Internal, External, Referrals, and Social Media.
- Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews & assist in conducting the HR interviews.
- Scheduling technical interview for the calibers who passed the HR interview.
- Responsible for all reports related to the recruitment department.
- Maintain updated database for the future vacant positions.
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews for the resigned employees.
- Sending apology letter (Feedback) to the rejected or the future candidates who had done HR and Technical interviews.
Bachelor Degree from private collage .Excellent communication skills.Perfect command of English.Maximum 30 years old.3 - 7 year of work experience .
