Job Summary:
The Organization Design supervisor will play a critical role in shaping the structure and efficiency of our organization. This position involves analyzing and redesigning organizational structures to align with business goals, improve performance, and enhance employee satisfaction. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the organization is optimally structured to achieve its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of current organizational structures to identify areas for improvement.
2. Design and Implementation: Develop and implement organization design strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Change Management: Implement change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring processes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with people partners to understand business needs and design appropriate organizational structures.
5. Hiring Metrics: Assess and monitor new hiring requests to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational changes.
6. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on organizational design projects and charts, including recommendations and implementation plans.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organization design and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects also improve the structure of assigned business verticals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization design, organizational development, or a related field.
