Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell Migrate World's immigration and relocation services to individuals, families, and businesses.
2. Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' immigration requirements and determine the best- suited services.
4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about immigration programs, processes, and requirements for different countries.
5. Guide clients through the entire immigration process, including documentation, visa applications, and regulatory compliance.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
7. Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in immigration policies, and emerging opportunities.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing
concerns, and providing timely updates.
10. Achieve individual and team sales targets, in alignment with Migrate World's goals and objectives.
11. Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the immigration ,tourist, real state or related industry.2. In-depth knowledge of immigration programs, regulations, and processes for various countries.3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively.4. Strong customer focus and an understanding of diverse client needs.5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions for clients.7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and geographical requirements, including occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
