• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.• 3+ years of experience in product management within the fintech or financial services industry.• Strong understanding of financial products and technologies.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
