  • Promote and sell paints, thinners, and other chemicals within the assigned geographical area.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products.
  • Provide technical support and product information as needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and relevant documentation as required.
  • Following up with the debt collection from our local partners.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the sales team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.From 3- 6 years of experience in sales field in any industries.Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ability to work outside your main/home city
